Return and Refund policy
Shipping :
Dispatched in a maximum of 3 Business days
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
Delivery:
Delivery will take a minimum of 7 days up to 12 days.
Returns:
Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange the return pickup.
Note: In case of refund, the company will deduct Rs 100 for return pickup courier charges
Refunds:
we will initiate the refund within 30 days after we receive the item and it has gone through the
necessary quality checks.
Products are Handwoven, Hand block printed, and dyed by hand and might experience variations of color, design, and slight irregularities.
The colors seen in the image may vary from the actual product due to different screen resolutions and displays.
Other Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the product is found to be used or is in unsatisfactory condition.
- The product has to be sent back in the same way as it was sent to you. Please ensure it is completely packed and sealed.
- Warpsweft cannot be held responsible for any products that are lost during transit. Thereby, please inform us once you send it back and keep all the tracking details until we confirm its delivery.
